My access key won’t work.

First, make sure that you have entered the key exactly as it is printed with both lower and upper case letters. Next, check your access key to see if there are any small ‘L’ s or capital ‘i’ s or number ones (1). These characters are similar and can be easily confused. The number zero and capital ‘O’ characters can also be mistaken for each other.

If the key does not work later on when you are trying to access certain sections of the NMS: If your key does not work at this time it is likely that you are attempting to access a section that you have not purchased. To check what you have purchased or to purchase further sections please contact your supplier.

I am getting an error when opening a section that the spell checker is not available. What should I do?

The Speller function is from a third-party provider. We are currently working on a solution. The fix will be made available as soon as it is prepared.
